Yet again I requested Feeding Supplies

UPDATE 3/13/25: So I’ve gone back and forth with Maggie at Dr. Stagais’ office and Lincare. Today, Lincare said they still haven’t received the doctor’s notes from 2025. I called Maggie. She said she sent them and spoke with someone right after confirming that they got the notes. The two fax numbers that she had were different from the one that I just got today for the intake department. I got 866-612-1820. She said she will now fax this year’s doctors notes to all three fax numbers.

UPDATE 1/23/25: Lincare still hasn’t received the order from Dr. Stagais. The dr.’s office is supposed to send an order. Then Lincare sends the doctor a medical of necessity form. That is supposed to be faxed to 800-473-05787. This fax number is to reactivate a patient. Maggie was supposed to be working on this. I spoke with her last week. Waiting for her to call me back.

Lincare hasn’t received paperwork from Dr. Stagais yet. I called the doctor’s office and Maggie said that she never received anything from Lincare. I was just in the doctor’s office last week to personally bring in Nick’s new insurance cards so that they could make a copy of them. While I was there they told me that they would let Maggie know so that she could work on getting his supplies. Obviously, she dropped the ball. Today she said she’d call Lincare.
