Spencer Fair Today & Wheelchair Info

Jodi and I brought Nick to the Spencer Fair today. It’s a once in 10 years thing, for sure.

Nick enjoyed seeing T, Chad, and the animals. One rabbit in particular caught his attention.

Terri and Chad were there. We stopped by to say hello. It was strange for all three sisters to be somewhere other than at Jodi’s house or on the mountain. T came over to visit us while we were checking out the birds. Nice to see her, we didn’t get to hike this week.

Nick was sitting in his wheelchair with one of the first molded backs and the Convaid Safari Tilt cushion. He was comfortable in it yesterday morning. He was not comfortable today, and his posture was terrible. His butt scooted so far down, it was ridiculous. He reached for me once we got back to the car, wanting to get out of his chair.
