Problem With PCA Hours Paperwork

Mindy Wallace from Tri-Valley called today. The guy who was Nick’s skills trainer that did the yearly meeting with me and Donna in mid JANUARY no longer works at Tri-Valley. They (Tri-Valley) cannot find the signed paperwork from that meeting, so Nick’s PCA hours request that the nurse wrote up was never submitted to Nick’s insurance for approval. Donna and I have to do the meeting with a skills trainer all over again. Donna said just schedule it for whenever and she’ll make it work on her end. Waiting to hear back from Mindy. Luckily Nick’s PCA hours were already extended to May (29th?). There SHOULD be enough time to get the paperwork done and submitted for approval before his hours run out.
