Help With Nick’s Insurance

I found a resource to help me with NIck’s insurance. NO Umass/Harrington PCP will be accepting Commonwealth Care Alliance (Nick’s insurance) as of January 1, 2025. I’m looking into switching him back to plain old Medicare and Medicaid with Extra Help for drug coverage. I need to pick a plan, and I have no idea what I’m doing.
