Change in Seizure Medication

Nick had an appointment with his new neurologist because of a recent suspected seizure. He changed Nick’s Levetiracetam to splitting the dose into 1/2 in the morning, 1/2 at night. I wrote the changes on the bottles. Currently there are two bottles in the cabinet. One small one, and one large one. Insurance started to fill 3 months worth of the med at a time. I just put some of med from the large bottle into the small bottle because the medicine stopper (topper) doesn’t fit the large bottle.
